To apply a filter, first click on the header of the column you want to filter. This will highlight the entire column. Next, navigate to the "Data" menu and select "Filter". This will add a drop-down arrow in the header of the column. Clicking on this arrow will open a dialog box where you can specify the criteria for your filter.

For example, if you only want to view sales that are above $200, click on the header of the sales column, navigate to the "Data" menu, select "Filter", then in the dialog box, set the condition to be greater than $200. Only the rows with sales above $200 will be displayed.

Remember, you can apply filters to multiple columns simultaneously. This can be especially powerful when you want to analyze data that meets multiple criteria. For example, you could filter to only show sales of a certain product that are above a certain amount.
